The Commonwealth of Virginia's
eVA Program worked with the Federal General Services
Administration's Advantage System Program to establish the FIRST
state and GSA "punchout" from eVA to GSA Advantage. This
punchout allows Virginia buyers to place technology purchases
through eVA using the GSA IT Schedules on the GSA Advantage
System and then place the purchase order from eVA.
